When you book or enquire, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the session you book and any notes you add. When you pay online, we receive the payment's status and reference from Cashfree Payments, not your UPI or bank details.
Only to run your booking: to hold and confirm your session, take payment, send booking emails, add the session to the studio's calendar, contact you about your booking, and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Only the services that run the booking system, each for its own part: Supabase (secure database), Vercel (website hosting), Cashfree Payments (payments), Resend (booking emails) and Google (the studio's calendar). They handle your information on our behalf.
We keep booking records for as long as needed for the booking and for accounting and legal requirements. Access is limited to the studio's owner, behind a secure sign-in, and all connections to the site are encrypted.
The website doesn't use advertising cookies. To understand how many people visit and which pages help them, we may use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, device type and approximate location. It isn't used for advertising, and you can block it in your browser's settings.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent.
