Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling 24 hours or more before your session

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session starts. There is no cancellation fee, and anything you've paid is refunded in full.

Cancelling within 24 hours of your session

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session starts, or don't arrive, the full session fee is charged. Any advance you've paid is not refunded, and the rest of the session fee is due.

How to cancel

Contact the studio as early as you can: email tinyroomstudiodelhi@gmail.com, call or WhatsApp +91 78400 46290, or visit us at 306, DR Chambers, 12/56, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, 3rd Floor, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005, India. Please include your booking reference (it starts with TRS-). The time we receive your message counts as the time of cancellation.

If the studio cancels

If we have to cancel or can't confirm your session, you get a full refund of anything you've paid. A Drum Recording request that isn't approved is never charged.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from, through our payment provider, Cashfree Payments. We start the refund within 2 working days of the cancellation; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.

Payments made at the studio are refunded by the same method, or by UPI if you prefer.
